Vesicle Kits
The vesicle kits use inside-out membrane vesicles derived from HEK293 cells expressing human ABC efflux transporters. Substrate transport into the vesicles is ATP-dependent and can be measured using fluorescence, radiolabel or LC-MS detection.
The kits are designed for applications such as substrate identification, inhibition studies, kinetic analysis and drug-drug interaction research. Standard vesicle kits provide materials for approximately 100 reactions, including membrane vesicles, ATP, AMP, assay buffer and stop/wash buffer.
