Can be used for long-term imaging: see cell chemotaxis tracks obtained during 8 hours incubation. This incubator can be used with 50 mm dishes and chambers, slides / coverglasses, and, in combination with 50 mm reducing inserts TC-PA50 (and TC-PA-C, -N, -F, -W), with 35 dishes and coverslip holders CSC and UTIC. Incorporates an inside reservoir for water to control humidity. Requires a heated lid (purchased separately) to prevent condensation and a to control CO2 and hypoxia. Built-in multiple sealed ports for tubing and accessories (probes and sensors)
Can be upgraded with an objective heater for immersion optics. Fits all brands of motorized stages and Zeiss type K stages with 160x110 mm insert (adapters for other stages are available, see the table below). An optional set of adjustable tubing holders MH-MIS allows you to position perfusion tubing for continuous media exchange
