The bottom is closed with 1 mm glass (for open bottom incubator, to access with immersion objective - consider TC-MWP model). Consider a modified incubator for easy positioning of tubing to deliver media and test solutions to custom devices.

The metal heated bottom of this incubator has round cutouts, so there is no obstruction on the way of optical path (x6 for 6-well plates, different number and pattern of cutouts can be made for different plates).
