Can be used for imaging and recording
Consists of a metal bottom base, and a silicone O-ring to seal the coverslip. There is no contact between solution and the metal part to prevent ions leakage. The bottom part has a recessed profile to fit round coverslips. In contrast to regular CSC chambers, it does not need the top ring or top clamps to keep the assembly together. Instead, the silicone ring holds the coverslip leak-proof, which makes it low-profile. The chamber has x4 threaded holes, # 0-80, to attach custom miniature accessories if required. Overall diameter is the same as standard Petri dishes. The O-rings allows to use different thickness coverslips. Simply put the coverslip inside and seal it with silicone ring by a snap-in action
Can be used as a perfusion chamber, if combined with miniature tubing holders. The metal base facilitates heat transfer. Fits to heating stages and non-heated stages. 3-D Model.
