A reusable chamber dish
The use of a glass bottom dish minimizes image impairment. The gentlycurved slope adjusts the inflow force of the fluid and stabilizes the bulge of a dome formed by surface tension. A water or oil immersion lens is used with the fluid level with a small amount of solution. Easily detachable and thus easy to be cleaned and sterilized, the structure permits reuse instead of discarding the dish after use
Surface Tension Stabilizes the Fluid Surface
The gently-curved slope adjusts the inflow force of the fluid and stabilizes the bulge of a dome formed

- Surface tension becomes stable with the force to flow into the center and the flow becomes less dispersed
- Surface tension helps to keep a water or oil immersion lens in contact with the fluid level
- With the fluid level stabilized, changes in the optical refractive index can be reduced to a minimum
Maintenance-friendly Design
An easily-obtainable, commercially available ø22mm cover glass can be inserted in the inside bottom
Easily detachable and thus easy to be cleaned and sterilized, it permits reuse instead of discarding it after use to ensure eco-friendliness
Tough dirt gets accumulated along the edges

Can be taken apart for thorough cleaning
The cover glass can be easily replaced when necessary
Key Features

- The surface can be specially processed to stabilize the fluid surface
- The grooved surface allows the application of silicone grease to prevent leakage
- A commercially available ø22mm cover glass can be inserted. Replaceable and easily obtainable in the event of breakage or loss
- Simply, fit a cover glass on this and screw it on to the chamber dish
