Reagents for Nitrocellulose Film Slides
Grace Bio-Labs microarray regents have been specifically formulated to achieve the full potential of porous nitrocellulose, accelerating experimental design and data collection and validation. They provide reliable tools for the development of reproducible and sensitive microarray-based assays, from printing to the long-term preservation of the printed nitrocellulose film slide. Retention of protein function and structure are guaranteed during downstream microarray applications.
The Protein Array Assay System and the Reverse Phase Array System provide each a set of reagents necessary to obtain optimal results for forward phase microarrays applications (antibody and antigen capture array) and reverse phase protein array (protein expression profiling, biomarker discovery etc.)

1) Super G Blocking Buffer optimizes the use of nitrocellulose for protein assays using fluorescence detection. Results with Super G show significant reduction in fluorescence background while maintaining the high protein-binding capacity of porous nitrocell

5) Q-Block Protein Microarray Blocking Buffer is a non-protein based reagent designed to block non-specific protein binding on porous nitrocellulose substrates. This blocker was formulated for maximizing assay signal while minimizing background from assays utilizing Quantum Nanoparticles (QNPs) for detection, and is also compatible with other assay types using organic fluors (e.g. Alexa Fluor dyes, Li-Cor dyes) or colorimetric endpoint detection (e.g DAB) after enzymatic amplification. It is supplied as a 1X solution, ready to use out of the bottle, for microarray applications

7) GBL Protein Arraying Buffer is a non-denaturing microarray spotting buffer designed to work with our ONCYTE® porous nitrocellulose film slides. This buffer formulation is intended for the spotting of antibodies and other proteins where preservation of protein structure and function is imperative for proper antigen recognition during downstream microarray assays
8) The Protein Array Assay System includes the key reagents necessary for maximal use of our ONCYTE® nitrocellulose film slides and can be used in various protein microarray applications such as antibody and antigen capture arrays. Kit Contents Include:
